Grand Sakura Hotel - Medan

I recently stayed at a hotel in Medan and had a great experience. the value for money was excellent. The prices were affordable and the attention to detail was impressive. The hotel's location in the city center was convenient, allowing me to easily explore the area. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The basic amenities in the room, including the king size bed, were comfortable and met my needs. The room also had multiple lamps, providing ample lighting. Additionally, the centralised AC kept the room cool and comfortable. Lastly, the breakfast included in the rate was a pleasant surprise. It offered a variety of options, including delicious western food.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't fault anything.

The room is good coz its big ,clean & nice.here also got entertaiment with new karaoke & life band show.and u can relax at the lobby..its good entertain.

I hope the hotel management can control the beca infront the hotel.eventho its not the hotel area but the beca a bit bothering coz when u coming out from the hotel they keep calling u .yeah they want to earn money but its a little bit bothering for me... dont know others.......

My room was upgraded so I ended up in an executive room, which was clean and comfortable. One member of staff, Gita, was very helpful and this helped overcoming the language barrier and the consequent issues.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the prices were very reasonable and definitely value for money. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, with the rooms equipped with split aircon and a flat screen TV, not to mention the comfortable king size bed. Lastly, the hotel's location in the city center on level 4 made it convenient for exploring the area. Another great aspect was that breakfast was included in the rate and offered a variety of tasty western food options.

I booked this hotel because the price was low - I'm on a budget but wanted something decent and reliable for my first night (arriving late) in Indonesia. It surpassed my expectations: probably the best hotel I've stayed in in 6 months of travelling! Large, cool, clean room, great bed, excellent bathroom. I hadn't expected a free breakfast so to come downstairs and be treated to a sumptuous breakfast was a real bonus. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

The airport pickup collected me, then went to the domestic arrivals and waited another 30 minutes for other passengers. A bit annoying in the middle of the night!

The room is clean but the house keeping is not as good. If that could up kept the hotel will do better. The food is good and reasonable but again the service need to be improved. The buffet breakfast is not sufficient enough for all the hotel guest and always not refurbished. The bread is always out of stock until my last 2 days. There are few rough edges need to be sharpen to make your hotel as excellent as other hotel like the antares. Customer Service can be improved. The internet is rather slow.

The hotel room is clean, The television quality and the programs are good. Food price is reasonable and food is tasty. The internet service is comendable.

We had a great experience at the hotel with clean facilities, good breakfast, and helpful staff. The hotel is located near the centre point shopping mall and offers a variety of amenities, including massage services. Despite being away from happening places, it is in a perfect location for businessmen visiting nearby small businesses. Transportation and parking facilities were good.

The hotel's location is close enough to the city center, with a mall just a short walk away. the room was spacious and clean, with comfortable amenities. the bathroom facilities were satisfactory. the staff were polite and welcoming.

We ask for non smoking room, but when we enter the room, we can smell the smoke, quite uncomfortable. They should use air freshener every time the customer check out..... The pillow is too hard...

The hotel quite noisy, one side near the main road and other side can hear the karaoke sound at night.
